  • Chuck will not seal around tubing.
    -- Check for correct seal and replace seal as required.

  • Chuck jaws will not close around tubing.
  • Check chuck jaws for damage and EDMing and replace if damaged (send to Everest for service).

  • Chuck will not operate.
    - Send to Everest for service.
