Rotobore® LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY

The Rotobore® is warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for the period on one year from the date of original purchase. Should any trouble develop during this one-year period, notify Everest Industries Corporation by phone at (714) 847-6062 for return authorization. Return ROTOBORE, freight prepaid, to Everest Industries Corporation, 16402 Gothard St. #E, Huntington Beach, CA 92647. Defective items will either be repaired or replaced at manufacturer's option, at no charge to the original purchaser.

This warranty does not apply where:

1.) The tool has been abused, misused, or improperly maintained.

2.) The Rotobore® has been submerged into solutions.

3.) Repairs or alterations have been made or attempted by others.

In no event shall Everest Industries Corp. be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from the sale or use of the product. This disclaimer applies both during and after the term of warranty.

Everest Industries Corporation disclaims liability for any implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusions may not apply to you. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
